Em Pollock a cor e os traços são aparentemente simples como se fossem realizados por uma criança. Todavia, a cor no espaço de grandes dimensões é de uma complexidade construtiva que só ele conseguiu.
Jackson Pollock nasceu a 28 de janeiro de 1912 em Cody, Wyoming e faleceu em 1956. Lembrei-me de associar esta tela à ária: A Rainha da Noite, da Flauta Mágica, de Mozart.
