Vivemos os dias mais cinzentos dos nossos governantes e só apetece perguntar:

Hoje o meu agradecimento dirige-se a MarromW que descobri que gosta de ilustrações. Deixo aqui um dos maiores ilustradores, na minha opinião. Esta ilustração tem ainda a mais-valia de focar os direitos humanos.

Norman Rockwell, ilustração:

Norman Rockwell nasceu em Nova Iorque a 3 de Fevereiro de 1894 e faleceu em Stockbridge, Massachusetts a 8 de Novembro de 1978. Pintor e ilustrador, Rockwell era muito popular nos Estados Unidos, especialmente por causa das 321 capas da revista The Saturday Evening Post que realizou durante mais de quatro décadas.
Pintou os retratos dos presidentes Eisenhower, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson e Richard Nixon, assim como o de outras importantes figuras mundiais, tais como Gamal Abdel Nasser e Jawaharlal Nehru. Um de seus últimos trabalhos foi o retrato da cantora Judy Garland, em 1969.
